Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 negotiable depending on experience.

Electrical Engineer - About the role:
An exciting position has become available for a full-time System Support Engineer primarily based in the Sheffield / Rotherham area. The role will involve extensive UK wide travel including overnight stays and occasional weekend work. You will need to be highly organised, self-motivated and well presented with the ability to communicate at all levels.
The role involves visiting client's premises where you will be expected to work safely and in accordance with workplace rules and regulations.
Role Requirements
A relevant technical qualification minimum HND / HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical / Control and Instrumentation Engineering
Experience in Control and Instrumentation Maintenance or Engineering in heavy process environments
Mechanical and Application Engineering Experience
Be capable of identifying electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, compressors, etc.
Undertake wiring tasks in simple control panels that incorporate basic system controllers and microcontrollers.
An understanding of sensing and measuring devices for vibration, temperature, sound, voltage, current, pressure and flow.
Condition monitoring experience would desirable.
You will be an enthusiastic, flexible engineer who can provide a professional service to blue chip clients throughout the UK.
Role Responsibilities
Installation of electrical Instrumentation Systems for monitoring the condition of critical industrial assets including vibration systems, process monitoring and power monitoring
Involvement in the specification / building of systems
Project Planning
Producing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safe Systems of work
Familiarity of typical industrial connection protocols, Modbus RS232, RS485 and TCP
Inspection and Maintenance of Systems
Provide remote online diagnostics for major customers
